I’ve been looking for an app like this and have been thinking about it!! I have a few suggestions, I’d like to see an option to save that digital scan of the card. Maybe a tab so we can see it, some people remember things better with the look of the card and associating it with a conversation or person. I’d also like to see a bit more customization options with the app! I don’t know if I missed it, but perhaps if we could customize the blue accent color of the app or something! Since we’d be able to show our e-cards and phones to people, i think that personalization would be so neat. One more thing, I’d like to see a feature on the photo option, where we can choose “logo” and scan the logo on the card to save it as a scan instead of a photo- just some suggestions! Thank you covve!

Which means the contact data in Covve is limited to the app, so once you begin using it one is boxed in. I also get notifications then when I open the app from the notification it doesn't connect to anything specific. I am unable (or I am not aware of how to get there) to see notifications inside the app. Seems like a great idea but it can't be the place my data lives for contacts. it needs to be a place i do things with contacts and build relationships. Tags can be synced as I have other apps (contacts+) which does this well. I will use the app when they solve for this.

Excellent Product!! Great for Keeping up with people

I just need an app where I can add notes to my contacts so I can remember personal details (the native iOS contacts app doesn’t work because when you share a contact, it also shares any notes you’ve added). This app was working fine until I realized the free version is limited to only 20 contacts, rendering it effectively useless. I want to use this app strictly for personal usage, not business, so I’m not going to shell out $13 per month. I would rate this app 5 stars if the free version allowed me to add unlimited contacts and locked premium features behind a paywall, but I’m not paying more than $5 when all I need is virtual index cards

Excellent idea, and seemed like the perfect personal CRM for me. But the sync is terrible. Whenever I sync with my contacts, it creates so many duplicates that I cannot automatically delete or merge them with IOS Contacts. And if you don’t enable two-way sync when you first open the app, you cannot enable two-way sync (or add any contacts) without deleting the app and starting over. If you doubt that there are some issues, try doing a google search for basic questions — such as, how do I add contacts — and note that you will receive a redirect error. Very unfortunate.

Well, this looks like a great simple platform to do what it says it’s going to do, but I’m uninstalling because I can’t select a reminder fequency in numbers of days. It only supports weeks or months. That means someone I wanna contact every three days isn’t supported by this app.

After much researching, I chose this over other apps because it seemed less unsecure than a other companies. The problem was it completely scrambled my existing list of more than 8,000 contacts, wiping out all labels from these contracts. When I contacted Covve to ask for a fix, they never replied. It’s been 4 weeks since I made the request. When I contacted them about a UI bug in the iPadOS version, they responded within 2 days but never to this far more serious sync issue, suggesting they know this is an issue but have no fix. Besides ruining my contacts, this CRM app isn’t very useful. I can get much of the same functionality by using “lists” and “notes” and “related people” functions in Apple Contacts, which is free and much more stable.

I really really want to love this app. it seems to have most of what I am looking for in a contact management app, letting me keep notes and have reminders. even pulling relevant news updates about people for me. absolutely amazing. where it falls short for me tho is the contact syncing itself. I don’t know if it is because I bounce between my iphone and my ipad, or maybe it is just something with the app itself. but every time that the app syncs with my contacts it will create triplicates (or even 4-5 duplicates) of half the contacts. this wouldn’t be such an issue if it weren’t for the fact that it is also wiping nickname/relevant information from the contacts as well. been playing with the free version for a couple months and upgraded to pro recently. that isn’t going to stop me from happily walking away to find something else if I have to completely clean up my 300+ contacts again

I have been looking for an app like this for a couple of years. I found Covve and will not go to another app. The new AI conversation builder reduces the barrier for me to reach out to my contacts. I also like the streaks feature which motivates me to maintain my engagement with my relationships. Thanks Covve!

This was a phenomenal app until they decided to make you pay to manage more than 20 relationships. That doesn’t even cover my family!

This app helps me keep in touch with my friends, family and professional network at the same time. A simple CRM that keeps me focused on what is important and makes it easy with my Contacts app integration.

This is truly an extraordinary app—and I rarely write reviews. The ability to set a reminder “get-in-touch” cadence for each contact is what makes this app so special and useful. It does wonders for keeping my network warm. Also, I love that it syncs with my phone Contacts address book instead of using a separate database. Be careful though. This company had a major privacy data breach, which makes me leery of adding too much info in the Notes sections

Best app ive ever used to build strong and thriving relationships. whether it is personal, family and friends, or business, having covve keeps me focused and intentionally interacting with those I care about.

This app has potential to be a 5 star + but right now it’s a 2.5 or 3. Two things you can’t do in the app that are a MUST: [1] When you add a relationship, you can’t say you last talked to them “today”. The options are Never, One day ago, 1 weeks ago, 1 month ago. Weird. Of course you can manually adjust it, but this is cumbersome. Please make “Today” an option. [2] When you view and scroll your reminders (to see which contacts you set the app to remind you about), you cannot easily log activity with them. You should be able to swipe left or swipe right to log activity or at the very least be able to “Log activity” under “Other Actions” when viewing a contact’s reminder. Instead you have to click + to log activity, then type the name of the contact. Yes, seriously. I really liked this app at first, but now think I may have made a mistake purchasing a subscription. So much promise, but truly lacking in practical & efficient user interface. I could see myself spending 30-60 mins daily using it, but it’s so frustrating I’ve gone back to my old system for now. >> Needs upgrades to be 4 or 5 stars

As a BD executive my whole career, I’ve used a lot of CRMs. I was looking for a personal contact manager to get better at maintaining all of my relationships, not just my business ones. Covve is super easy to use and makes staying in touch a realistic habit, instead of an empty social promise. It is so useful that I am now introducing it to my business team, even though we already use a CRM, to help them become more effective in their professional networking skills. Looking forward to a web accessible version.

Gosh - we were so close. I need a CRM that does the automated activity log notes AND a pipeline. Great app with integration of phone calling & texting - almost the best CRM just needs a pipeline feature

If you want to build and maintain relationships with the important people in your work and personal life and you need a little help keeping track of it all (and a gentle reminder now and then), then Covve is a great solution. After all, how many times have you caught yourself saying or thinking “how long has it been” when you finally get in touch with someone who’s important to you, whatever the context may be? Before Covve, there were business-oriented CRM solutions (which are overkill for most people and expensive) or spreadsheets (which just aren’t up to the task). Covve is now a critical component of my daily routine, and I’m much more focused and up-to-date when it comes to keeping the relationships in my personal and work life strong. Alex and the team at Covve have been supportive and responsive, and they’re continually improving the app.

This app makes keeping in touch with who matters most in your life. It's a very well thought out app. It creates reminders to make sure you remember to reach out to that contact. This app isn't just a great business networking app. But can also help with keeping in touch with your personal relationships also. I have tried other similar apps NOTHING even compares to the level of functions. The customer service team is beyond belief. I had a issue and Alex and there team went right to work finding my issue and fixing it. (It was me that was the issue not the app) if you want a professional networking app that can handle anything and also be used for personal relationships this is your app.

In addition to the awesome weekly updates on my contacts, the biz card scanner is super handy! Being able to share my digital business card either after scanning someone else’s card, or one of my favorite tricks - my QR code - never fails to impress people. This is definitely one of my real estate secret weapons! Highly highly recommend

Read their terms and condition about how they handle data and it states that they will read or hand over user data if complaint is file. Meanwhile, they say that our data is safe with them and they won’t read into it. Your data might have other sensitive notes or password attached. NO THANKS. Thanks to Apple, now we know what they read or save in their servers. I will rather get a cheap contacts app to just transfer contacts without uploading them elsewhere.

It’s incredible how much this has actually improved my outreach and follow up in my professional network. I have tried this with many applications but it is not as simple. To get a surprise message from me every so often is something I’ve always wished the time and memory for but the Covve alerts have made this super easy.

This app is brilliant. It’s so useful and intuitive! The focus on business cards doesn’t really matter to me and I never use it, but I love being able to store my professional contacts in one place AND keep a record of my contact with them. That’s genius. My one request would be to have a tab that shows you a record of your logged activity with everyone. Not just where you see the activity with one person when looking under that person’s contact.

Really amazing app that makes it easy to stay in touch with your contacts

I cannot recommand to install this application due to its lack of security. It's about a data breach with almost 90GB of personal information in it across tens of millions of records, including mine. In Feb, there was a massive trove of data that had been left exposed on a major cloud provider via a publicly accessible Elasticsearch instance. I now deleted the application. Use it at your own risk.

Since the pandemic, I have found it harder and harder to stay in touch with people in my network. Covve solves this problem and makes it easier than ever to connect. The app is neatly organized and sends friendly and frequent reminders. I solely rely on Covve now for my personal CRM. Would 100% recommend!!!

I've looked through a couple different CRM apps, but Covve really stood out. They make it super easy to stay on top my business relationships. Covve will be my go-to app from now on.

This is my first time using an app that allows you to create your own business card, and I was pretty unfamiliar with what this would entail but was pleasantly surprised with how easily the app allowed me to customize the business card. I also enjoyed how this maintains contact relations while maintaining professional relationships and even opportunities.

I got this app initially for personal use — it helps remind me to stay in contact with old friends and extended family when I otherwise might not. It’s also fantastic for networking contacts, which can be easier to forget. Great app overall and easy to use. The business card scanning feature is very cool too!
